"The Man" -- this is a track from the Homeless Poet himself, TB, the double D double B -- Todd Bobby. He waxes philosophical on the nature of life, judgment and the Big Man Upstairs.

TB is living myth. Listen to his wisdom and jam out.

When I grip a microphone I spit my truth.
I call it like I see it, listen if you want to.
I'm no miracle man, never raised from the dead.
Never fed the masses with a basketful of fish and bread.
Can't walk on water, can't heal the sick.
Nothing's turning into wine because of something I did.
Have sinned, probably will again.
Pretending like I'm perfect
Would make me a dishonest man.
Hate being one of them, disgrace as a punishment.
Dishonoring my family, an embarrassment
To how I been brought up.
Caught up now inside a life
Where the truth is in perception
And not everybody can be right.
What if I'm wrong?
Guess that's for you to form your own opinions on.
I could be just a pawn, sacrificed in the game of life,
Protecting the royalty like they any better than me,
Equal inherently.

I am a man, I make mistakes
May sin again and lose my way
But in the end imma plead my case
Before the judge, claiming that I lived with love.
I am a man I make mistakes
May sin again and lose my faith
But in the end imma plead my case
Before that judge.

I am a casualty, sick of monotony,
Sick of these tv screens that keep on watching me.
Forgotten options opting into this hypocrisy.
Striving for perfection is what's killing me.
Sick of bad news, headlines and all of the shit.
Most of all I'm sick of everybody calling me sick.
I am a manchild with his own perception of reality,
Maddeningly handling with care my mind's fragility.
An entertaining, self-proclaimed actor in life the play.
The tragedy's some pay to see the monster inside of me,
The jehkyl that I wrestle with.
I'm battling the beast, release me from these demons.
I paid my dues, lived by the rules.
I bent them some and I broke a few.
I made mistakes my choice to choose,
Learned from them, that's how I do.
